Congratulations to our User jjc491 for a highly impressive score of 85.45% when predicting the 2019 Golden Globe film nominations on Thursday. He is actually tied with three other people — alpengeistfan1, rihspectme and nribaudo91 — but has the better point score total of 16,692 by using the 500 super bets wisely.
Over 2,700 people worldwide predicted these film nominees in 11 categories for the awards announcement. The Golden Globes ceremony will happen live in Beverly Hills on January 6 with hosts Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh on NBC.
Our top scorer had several long shot picks correct. Among those were Lucas Hedges (“Boy Erased”) for Best Film Drama Actor, Elsie Fisher (“Eighth Grade”) for Best Film Comedy/Musical Actress and Sam Rockwell (“Vice”) for Best Film Supporting Actor.
